Exercises for great abs

If you want to look great, you need to make your abs stand out. After all the abs are the core of your foundation. Here are some great exercises for strong abs.
The basic crunch: Lie on your back with your hands behind your head. Slowly lift your head and neck off the ground. Hold for three seconds, then lower your head back to the ground.
The full sit up: Lie on the ground. Place your hands over your head. Sit up using your core muscles. Lie back down and repeat.
The waist whitler: Stand up with your feet spread should length apart. Put your hands on your hips and turn upper body from side to side.
The Zipper: Stand with your feet shoulder length apart. Slowly move your right arm up your right side while bending to the left side. Lower arm and straigthen up. Repeat on other side.
For the obliques: Lay on the floor. Slowly lift your head and neck and cross your left hand over to the right side. Hold for 3 counts, then lower.
Follow these exercises and your abs will be strong and in shape.
